By accessing and using the Strength MMA website and our facilities, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Every time you use our services or facilities, you reaffirm your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Facility Rules and Conduct

All members and guests must adhere to the academy rules at all times. This includes respecting instructors, staff, and other members, wearing appropriate training gear, and following hygiene protocols. Management reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership for violations of these rules.

3. Membership and Payments

Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance. Account holds and cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

4. Assumption of Risk

Martial arts training involves inherent risks of injury. By participating in classes at Strength MMA, you voluntarily assume all risks related to training and sparring. You agree to hold Strength MMA, its owners, and instructors harmless from any liability, claims, or damages.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Strength MMA and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Modification of Terms

Strength MMA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the website and facilities following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
